- KWKiyanna Williams2 days ago2.0Customer service could have been a lot better, eye exam with the the doctor was literally about 3 min, and there was a very small selection of glasses to choose from. Little tip for the staff, for some people who are first time glass wearers (unlike myself) don’t know to ask for their allowance for glasses or contacts so they are picking out glasses that are over their allowance instead of that being given to them after their exam. You would think that when you’re given the tray to pick out the frames that you like that they would give you your allowed allowance and any discounts that may be available instead it seemed as if they “assumed” this. A smile and simple hello goes a long way with customers. Anyways, we won’t be returning.
