    I’ve been going to BODY20 for about a year and a half and the results have been incredible. It’s a 20 minute workout with high intensity and the suit makes it even tougher. They have three great trainers who keep a consistent training schedule, so it really doesn’t matter who you get. It’s a very personalized experience and if you complimented with cardio two or three times a week, the results will definitely amaze you. Especially the amount of muscle you will build. Shout out to Jaime, Lex and Mia, who always push me to my limit

    Body20 has been an absolute game changer for me. As a woman over 50, I was honestly skeptical that a 20-minute workout could deliver results but I decided to give it a try after a friend of mine kept on raving about her workout. In just a few months I’ve noticed increased strength, better muscle tone, and more energy, all this with a 20 minute workout twice a week! A huge part of this amazing experience is coach Mia. She is knowledgeable, motivating, and incredibly attentive. She makes sure every movement is done correctly, adapts the workout to your body, and truly cares about your progress and safety. Her encouragement makes those 20 minutes fly. I can’t recommend Body20 (and Mia) highly enough, to anyone looking for a smart, fun and effective way to stay strong. 💪

    Heidi and her team are amazing. The facility is modern, clean and spacious. The one on one training and the electronic pulses give my workout an extra boost. I love the fact that I can get a complete workout done in under 25 minutes! Highly recommend!!
