I now train 5 days a week, and the benefits are more than obvious: I feel much stronger and fitter. What I highlight most is the high level of the instructors, who are incredibly professional. Plus, I love that you can choose from different class formats, which keeps the workouts from ever getting boring. The organization is great, and the entire staff is extremely kind, always making you feel welcome. They continue to offer the same flexibility in schedules and plans that I mentioned before, which is ideal. I still recommend it 100%!
