- ESEman SroujiApr 5, 20261.0If I could give this Pearle Vision 0 stars, I would. I asked them how long the appointment would take and they stated 45 min to an hour. I asked if they could please have my appointment be closer to the 45 minute mark. Did it take 45 minutes? No. An hour? Nope. I HOUR AND 40 MINUTES later, I walked out of there with a little folder containing my prescription. To my absolute horror when I opened the folder to order new glasses, the prescription area under glasses was left BLANK. They freaking forgot to fill out one of the prescriptions I PAID FOR. I’m so upset and would discourage anyone from ever coming here or supporting this business in the future. Save yourself the time and frustration and go anywhere else.
