  ⚠️Listen to the other reviews! I know I should have, but when you have a medical problem things can be scary and overwhelming. Beware surprise bills!! You will pay double what you think! I paid out of pocket. Following my initial $600 payment, I've now received a further 400 bill for piedmont and 500 from Radiology Associates. So much for the estimate or the no-surprises act. What a massive surprise indeed to have the cost more than double just because 'reasons.' In no world should a mammo cost $1500 out of pocket. They are money-hungry scam artists (they claim it would have cost $2700 from just piedmont, but I got a "discount" by paying out of pocket). That said, the actual woman who did my mammogram was incredibly pleasant and I don't have anything bad to say about the people who I interacted with per se.

  Every single person I came in contact with was very friendly & welcoming! I regret not getting everyone’s names because they were all so helpful! Shouts out to Ms Pam at registration!

  I have visited this center for years. Everyone is super nice and courteous. The technicians are great as well. Thank you.

  Terrible!! I went in and saw the tech and right after she told me we were done I went and got fully dressed. As soon as I was dress she came back in there quickly as if she was trying to catch me before I left and said she meant to remove a little sticker she put on me but stated since I was dressed it was fine not to worry. I think she realized the picture wasn't clear but wasn't honest about it because I was dressed. I then got an email to come for a 3d scan because of the images. I had to pay $800 because she didn't take clear pictures or have the courage to say let's take them again. I told her I didn't mind coming back in there. Next time I won't go back. My doctor will have to refer me somewhere else. Absolute last time coming here!! Most of us dont have 800 dollars to just pay out of pocket on the spot!!

  DO NOT GO TO THEM. I go to Outpatient Imaging in Canton instead and am very happy with cost and service - they tell you full cost upfront and appointments start exactly on time. Private room to change in. Worth the extra 30 min drive. Breast Center ignored multiple requests to share mammogram even AFTER another radiologist requested them for comparison -- this is literally about preventing cancer. Medical records has no regard for patient rights here, denying multiple ppl access to their records (see other reviews!). Phone tree is a hot mess. On 3rd phone call to them today. If they can't work a phone tree, or storing a mammogram file, how can they practice medicine. I feel sorry for Doris Shaheen's family that her name is being disrespected in this way.
