- APAmanda PalmerApr 4, 20261.0Went to the Good Feet store to relieve some foot pain. The person who helped me was knowledgeable, but pushy. The foot massager was amazing. I was hopeful the inserts would make my feet stop hurting and give me better support. After they do all the measuring and walk you around the 3 different inserts they hit you with the $2000 cost. When it was obvious I was going to need some time to think about it, they showed me a $300 option. I prefer honesty and integrity. If your product is as good as you say it is, you should be able to stand behind it without dishonest sales tactics. I will make an appointment with a podiatrist and get custom inserts from a medical professional instead. I did find the foot massager online and bought it for $150 less than they were selling it at the Good Feet store.

Tori made the whole experience pleasant and informative as she has a warm personality and is very knowledgeable about the products. After only two days of using them as instructed, I am able to walk better and stand more comfortably.

It’s built from a wealth of experience and knowledge. The educational piece was extremely enlightening. FSA/HSA eligible which is a big plus when it comes time to spending those funds. If you’re on the fence, I recommend a visit, we decided not to make the decision the day of and didn’t feel pressured into anything at all either. Fantastic staff, great first impression with Good Feet.
