  Anna was great! She really knew what she was doing. The system itself could use some work. It seems very cold and removed. I booked an appointment but was not really sure if I actually had an appointment. I only got a reminder or confirmation 1.5 hours before the appointment.

  I’ve been an agent for over 20 years and have worked with many exam companies — some good, some not so good. Unfortunately, for what I need them for with insurance exams, this company has not performed well. While I continue to use them because carriers require it, the experience has been consistently frustrating. In my opinion, things really declined after COVID.
