  I just had to take a moment to share how incredible the care is at this office especially because of Brenna at the front desk. She is truly one of a kind. From the moment you walk in, she greets you with kindness and genuine warmth, and she consistently goes out of her way to make sure everything is taken care of. Whether it’s helping with scheduling, answering questions, or just making sure you feel comfortable, she always makes me feel seen and supported. It’s rare to find someone who cares this much, and Brenna makes such a difference in the overall experience. She has personally made sure that anything I’ve needed has been handled quickly and thoughtfully, which takes so much stress off during important visits. I also have to mention Dr. Quick she is an amazing physician who listens, cares deeply, and provides such attentive, thorough care. The combination of Brenna and Dr. Quick is exactly why I continue coming back to this clinic. Together, they create an environment where I feel valued, cared for, and confident that I’m receiving the best possible attention. I’m so grateful to have found a team that truly goes above and beyond!

  Now that I've reread the reviews, I now realize I am not the only one who has had a horrible experience with the scheduling lady. How this is permitted is not okay. Not only was it a horrible first impression over the phone, it was just as miserable at check out. This woman should not have this job and service women during the most vulderable time of their lives. I was dreading having to interact with her at all and put a face to her name and horrible tone she uses to speak. I also over heard her loud tone trying to speak spanish, and it is also not spoken well. I'm rethinking pusuing another belittling experience. Her servicw alone made Piedmont look like an unprofessional low value place.

  I’m 30 weeks pregnant and need to talk to someone about my iron levels that continue to drop even after IV iron infusions and I can’t get ahold of anybody. So yeah super disappointing and irritation now I have to see about hospital transfers

  Very nice and helpful staff. Dr Casey Evans is wonderful. She answered all my questions and explained things so I could understand.

  I have not ever and I truly mean ever had someone so rude and unprofessional as the scheduler Brenna …. I was cussed at by her and told to shut my mouth. I was only asking a question was not rude or used any inappropriate language. I can not believe she is the one who answers phone calls for pregnancy place…
