She greets patients with a sorry attitude and instead of providing information and instructions she acts like you shouldn’t even be speaking to her, or like her job isn’t to assist patients in the first place. After experiencing her unacceptable and inappropriate behavior it makes it quite questionable whether this place is going to provide proper service at all.
