  Before and after pictures of my left knee. Jonathan Payne, M.D, at Piedmont Ortheopedics in Athens put me on the road to getting my life back! John Walker, P.A. and Allie Tilley helped make it happen. The entire team has been wonderful over the years as I battled osteoarthritis. Thank you all! If anyone reading this is contemplating a knee replacement, know that a skilled team needs your help! Patients need to do their part in the preparation and recovery. My experience from start to six weeks post-operative was not as difficult as I expected (once I got past the first grueling first few days - ugh!). Thank you to all involved! I am a very happy and impressed patient.

  I've been here a few times treating a broken finger. The staff is so nice and competent and the office is so efficient. They are very respectful of your time and move you through the stages of your appointment quickly. Dr. Nacke is very good and personable.

  They were very quick to get me in. They first took exrays of my hands and in more detail then the first done be the VA. Dr Graf went over the detail he found in the exrays and outlined the issues developed a plan. He proceeded with a positive plan. I went to Arhens Orthopedic a month ago and they did nothing. In fact thier plan was for me to take pain pills. Dr Graf said pain pills could cause other medical issues. Piedmont was a much better choice. Thank you.

  I was seen by Dr Alexander Graf. He's in the office on Prince avenue, and I would like to say that him and his staff there are excellent. The ladies at the front desk help me with an insurance issue that I had, and I didn't wait maybe 5 minutes to be called back. They do what has to be done and they do it with a smile and awesome patient relations. They even helped me with making sure if insurance didn't pay my visit I still received service. Amazing doctor and staff. Thank you
