I had a very unpleasant experience with Karen, the Pharmacy manager. She was not nice to me and very snide. She was talking about how I couldn’t get my medication and I wanted a solution as I have a chronic illness and need the medication in order to live. She said “what do you want me to do, I can’t make the medication appear” I said, how rude. She said “I didn’t mean it in that way. Of course you did! and making snide comments on how I don’t have to wait to call I can call. I’m not stupid, I usually have someone who calls me though to refill. It’s been that way since I started getting my medicine here. I can’t believe the state of leadership in the business world. I can’t believe she is a manager. I only pray for her because she was so mean to me, knowing I was visibly upset. She talked to me like I was stupid and there was a ton of miscommunication. Something needs to change and higher up in corporate they need to take disciplinary action. Who talks to someone like that? I was telling her I just wanted to situation expedited, and she kept going on about what I should’ve or should not have done. No need to argue, absolutely ridiculous. I hope things change. And she also kept on about how the called yesterday. It was a random number, and they did not leave me a message either. I understand things happen but this was a horrible experience. I do remember talking to her another time before and she had a rude comment that time too. When she called me back after the situation was resolved, she said the same thing about calling for refill. So rude!!! I’m upset.
