  I am pleased to give the best possible review of this hospital, where my son underwent a procedure today. We were very nervous, but the professionalism and kindness of the medical team gave us immense reassurance. We thank them from the bottom of our hearts, and especially for how they treated my son and the excellent work they did. Once again, I express my deepest gratitude.

  Poor understanding of pain management. Either they dont use nerve blockers at all or its a useless kind. You will wake up in some of the worst pain you have ever felt. Its not normal to wake up from a surgery in pian of 10. I have had surgeries at other places where I woke up with almost zero pain but I have had 2 at piedmont both really bad experiences.

  This is for the amazing team at the outpatient surgery center at the Julius Talmadge House. I’ve had several surgeries, and never have I received such empathetic, personalized care. I felt like an individual and was treated with great respect, courtesy, and compassion. I also appreciated the attention to cleanliness. Thank you for a positive experience. :)

  Everyone was very nice. The nurses and doctor took great care of me and were very sensitive and respectful. I would definitely recommend Piedmont Outpatient Athens.
