  I wouldnt recommend this location, some of the people are great but overall it is a disaster. Arrived 10 minutes early for a routine follow-up, I waited for 30 minutes in the waiting room, then had weight and BP checked. Waited another 30 minutes still without being seen. Decided to leave without being seen by the PCP, and told the checkout person I did not see the doctor; was charged for my copay anyway. I will be looking for another PCP, my time is important to me, and if you can't keep an appointment, then I will look for someone who can.

  I was seen today by a very nice and competent staff Dr. Shah your amazing thank you for being helpful and you actually listened to me... I have never had a bad experience with any Piedmont Physician… Thank you all and I will be back...
