  We went here while vacationing in Athens. My wife had recently gotten over bronchitis, but woke up with pressure in here ears and sinuses. We went to MainStreet to see if she’d developed another infection. We waited a good half hour even though there was no one ahead of us. The first woman came in and was pleasant enough. She took my wife’s vitals and complaint then left. Eventually a second woman came in. There was no introduction and she wasn’t wearing any ID, so we still have no idea whether she was a nurse or a doctor. It was pretty clear she didn’t want to be at work that day and that she hadn’t bothered to read any of the information the first lady had taken down. She had us go through the whole complaint again. She asked my wife if she had a fever and then didn’t do anything when my wife said she didn’t know. She asked my wife if her lymph nodes were swollen and just sat there when my wife said she didn’t know how to check that. I eventually got up and checked my wife’s lymph nodes. A quick peak in the ear with no comment about what she saw, then she recommends an x-ray to make sure the bronchitis was really cleared up. We declined. She prescribed steroids but no antibiotics and never told us a diagnosis. Then she said we were good to go and left. We had no idea of a diagnosis or whether or not my wife was contagious. This place was not concerned about my wife’s health. It seemed very clear that they use their urgent care as an excuse to do tests and imaging.

  I lost my job bc while waiting to screen I stepped right outside the door, in front of it, in plain sight, to smoke a cigarette. Bogus.

  Pam and Carter are truly some of the sweetest and most professional individuals you could ever encounter. Carter carries such a genuine and honest spirit if she’s ever unsure about something, she communicates it with transparency and a willingness to learn, which speaks volumes about her character. Pam, on the other hand, is incredibly knowledgeable, especially when it comes to medications, and she shares that knowledge with confidence, care, and integrity. Together, they create such a warm and welcoming environment. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication don’t go unnoticed they make a real difference in the lives of those around them every single day. It’s rare to come across people who lead with both heart and excellence the way they do. They are truly deserving of recognition and appreciation and without a doubt, they deserve a raise.💞❤️‍🔥

  We bring our 4 year old here they have always been so good to him and make him comfortable they are patient and quick to get us seen
