The place where I’d purchased them had told me there was nothing they could do to fix the issue. My sister, a nurse, immediately drove me to her hometown LensCrafters as her husband has had nothing but excellent service here. Roberta quickly assessed the issue and expertly changed out the wonky nose pads and adjusted the fit of the earpieces - instantly no more pain and no more indentations on my nose. I’m grateful for the kindness of this stranger and her quick response to me. Thank you Roberta, you improved my quality of life and I am grateful for your customer service skills and compassion!
