Roberta was amazing. Fixed both pair of my sunglasses, Oakleys and Ray bans. Saved me around 600 bucks. Highly recommend this location. Stop in and see Roberta, she is the absolute best.

Went to the store when it opened. I was trying to return an online order. Was told that no one in the store knew how to process the return and I would have to come back later. I drove all the way across town to get here... It's very inconvenient and unhelpful when the store is open and they don't know how to do a simple exchange...

I am visiting my sister in Athens, Georgia and my ill-fitting new glasses (not purchased at a LensCrafters location) were breaking down the skin on both sides of my nose to a dangerous point. The place where I’d purchased them had told me there was nothing they could do to fix the issue. My sister, a nurse, immediately drove me to her hometown LensCrafters as her husband has had nothing but excellent service here. Roberta quickly assessed the issue and expertly changed out the wonky nose pads and adjusted the fit of the earpieces - instantly no more pain and no more indentations on my nose. I’m grateful for the kindness of this stranger and her quick response to me. Thank you Roberta, you improved my quality of life and I am grateful for your customer service skills and compassion!

I had an excellent experience at LensCrafters thanks to Scott! He went above and beyond to help switch the lenses in my sunglasses quickly and seamlessly. His professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly attitude made the whole process effortless. Highly recommend stopping by and asking for Scott if you need any help—he’s fantastic!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
