I need an itemized bill so I can compare with my insurance statement. Also, for tax purposes, I need a statement showing everything I paid in 2025. That includes all paid via credit card and check. We asked three times of the girl, Crystal at the front desk in Lavonia. We were there three different times for cataract surgery check up and on the third visit she printed up a statement with only the credit card payments. Clearly, she didn't have the knowledge or initiative to learn how the first time we asked.🙄 I am still waiting on the billing department to call back. I will say that when BOTH Nicholes were there we never had a problem.
