When I tell you Toni is the absolute bomb, I mean it. I was kind of nervous about going in, but her kind and confident demeanor put me right at ease. She was able to fit me in pretty much on the spot, even though the soonest appointment technically wasn't available until several hours out. I know that can't always be the case, but I was so, so appreciative that it happened today! The nurse practitioner Virginia was wonderful as well, very kind and clearly knowledgable. They worked together as a team and I had my prescription right there across the aisle in less than 20 min from wrapping up my appointment. Go, Kroger, for this awesome duo!

I drove 45 minutes out of town in the pouring rain so I was livid. The receptionist said she had tried ri call me at 9:45 a.m to let me know but my mailbox wasn't set up. Since I work inna school my phone is on silent. However, when I registered I listed my work number as my second contact number for this reason but she didn't call the school nor did she try to recall me after the first attempt!!! I'm upset because her attitude was nonchalant like ih well!! Maybe I'm wrong in feeling this way but driving 45 minutes there straight from work in the rain for nothing made me anvry
