- HEHeather ElisabethFeb 5, 20261.0I waited 45 minutes for an antibiotics and Motrin prescription to be filled for my son immediately after he had his wisdom teeth removed. During this time, there was no sense of urgency, no clear communication about the delay, and little regard for a patient who was in pain and recovering from oral surgery. Customer service was poor and dismissive, which only added to an already stressful situation. This level of service is unacceptable when timely medication is critical to a patient’s comfort and recovery.

Turned me away for a flu shot because they were too lazy to look up my insurance information. Thankfully Publix handled it all, will not come back here or reccommend !!
