  Got to be the absolute worst pharmacy in town. They are rude, they will lie, then they'll gaslight you for noticing. They'll say it will be ready in 20 minutes, so most of the time id just go back to the house or run other errands and go hours later. Arrive back at the pharmacy and they say again freaking hours later, that it will be ready in 20 minutes.

  Would have given 0 stars, but that's not an option. I've been with Kroger pharmacy for years and it has gone down hill. I take meds for cluster headaches and they never have it ready (Auto Fill) or in stock. They say it's on order, but never comes in. They need new management! Always running around town trying to get it filled. This has been going on for 6+ months and now leaving and going to another pharmacy. If you need meds for something critical, Please don't use Kroger Pharmacy.

  My Physician sent a prescription to Kroger. I took the meds from them, but it was from a different manufacturer than what I used to take in the past. It did not work well for me. I asked to cancel that prescription, but they refused to take it back. I could still call my insurance to get an override and get it filled by CVS. But it happens that Kroger still considers the medicine as filled but not cancelled and there was no further refill available. I took their medication for a few days, but it did not work well for me and I am not taking it anymore but a 90-day supply is being treated as filled. How do I resolve such an issue created by this Pharmacy?
