Hey, so like if I call you about filling one of my prescriptions, it would be really cool if you didn’t act like you were annoyed. It’s not my fault that I am unable to get your automated service to recognize my phone number that I haven’t changed since 2006. Believe me, if I don’t have to interact with another human, I’m thrilled!

The wait time to get a prescription filled here is average 15 min as opposed to 1hr and a half to 3 hrs at Walgreens

This place is a joke… Moved prescription here about year ago due the insurance issues.. They are all nice and friendly when they are getting you there. Then you become an inconvenience to them.. Every single one of them I have had to deal with have no customer service skills at all… Never have prescriptions filled in a timely mannor usually takes days… Had Dr send in 3 meds for my Daughter today… They was sent in at 11ish am went at 330 to get them they are not ready said it will be a hour… Go back at 530 still not ready then to be told they want be ready till 230 tomorrow… Then when you say something it’s always they are under staffed I counted 8 people working… refills are one thing we have time to call in and wait a couple days but when it’s antibiotics or things that are needed same day it’s another issue… I will be finding another Buisness to move my family’s prescription to… Just know before you choose this Kroger Pharmacy they are not here for the customers… An calling there corporate office is a joke too.

Where do you start with this group. I would suggest not having to interact with staff. It seems to be a bother. Contracted Lyme and needed antibiotics. After hours they determined they did not have them. But hey, they could care less. For 6 years I have bought a behind the counter allergy med that is not prescription. If you want to save money on Zyrtec ask for their generic that is behind the counter only. It is sold without a prescription but they will give you hell getting it. Just this location. It seems only 1 person knows about it because information is hard to share?

I usually go to another pharmacy, but I have to be on the side of town where I need to get my medication from this location. They were very quick to get the information they needed to fill my prescription and have it filled very quickly very fast and efficient staff. The only thing I would change is a few of the employees that have a bit of an attitude, but you know what we don’t know what kind of day they were having. Maybe they just had a bunch of people before me. I don’t know, but they’ve been good to me. I will go back. I will be back.
