  I paid for a procedure the day of the appointment nearly two years ago, was billed again several months later and paid that, now two years later I’m getting another (!!) bill for anesthesia that I paid for the day of the procedure. No email to contact them, patient portal is glitching and won’t let me log in. On top of that: I’ve been essentially body-shamed by someone taking my blood pressure before (I was struggling with eating regularly & gaining weight and she kept saying I had a child’s arms, kept poking fun at me needing a cuff for children, it was extremely weird. I was 26 at the time.) - and I waited 55 minutes in the exam room to see the doctor last time I was there. I was about to get up and leave when she walked in. She did not seem apologetic in the slightest. TLDR Hard to contact, billing makes no sense, rude and nobody is ever on time. I’ll be finding a new OBGYN soon.

  I wanted to use this office for my first pregnancy because I’ve heard great things about the doctors, but the front desk experience was extremely disappointing. Calls go straight to voicemail, and getting a call back is nearly impossible. When I did speak to someone, they were unfriendly, and after mentioning this was an ivf pregnancy, the attitude seemed even more dismissive. I was told to have records sent over, which I did, but after multiple follow-ups, no one ever called back to schedule an appointment. It’s unfortunate because it seems like their doctors are great, but the front desk communication and professionalism need serious improvement.

  I drive an hour to see Dr. Fletcher every year. My cesarean scar is not visible. She is personable and remembers her patients. Very impressed with Dr. Fletcher and Athens OB/GYN.

  Dr. Fletcher was super sweet, personable, and so patient with all of our questions. So happy we found her for our journey!

  I have been seeing Dr Cline for the past 30 years and I just love her. It’s nice to have a doctor you can talk about life with.
