  I made an appointment a week in advance for my mom. I checked in using the text that was sent, making that process really easy. My mom got seen within 15 minutes, and the employees were all very professional and friendly. Our appointment was at 8:10am and we were out by 8:45. One thing I overheard while waiting is that Fridays are their busiest day and it’s best not to do a walk-in. Even when I was making the appointment a week prior, many of the morning spots were already taken. So that’s a piece of advice for having a good experience!

  My visit was in 2025, but as I see from other reviews, nothing has changed. My experience: I had to wait more than 1 hour after checking in through the terminal. All the people who arrived before and after me were invited, while I had to wait and wait. No one at the receptionist desk, only the soulless terminal. So I had to ask every rep who showed up in the lobby to let another client in. All they answered was: wait until your number shows up on the TV. I had to slightly change my tone and speak a bit louder, explaining that obviously something wasn’t working properly, since I had an appointment but my number still didn’t show up - only after that they invited me inside. The personnel did the job great, but scheduling is awful, and saving on personnel (no receptionist at the desk for resolving such issues) makes this place inconvenient. I never had a similar experience with other Quest locations - all of them have very short waiting times and a real person at the desk.

  Susie collected the blood from my 7-year-old daughter. She was incredibly kind, and my daughter didn’t even realize it. Thank you so much!

  I booked an appointment on a Saturday. There was standing room only and appointments were running 30 to 40 minutes behind. I appreciate the Saturday service, but it was not properly prepared for by the management.

  Best lab experience ever. Appointment was fairly on time and I was in and out in about 7 minutes. The technician was friendly, professional and efficient. Thank you for the exceptional experience! Last appointment several months ago here was great also, but was in the mobile unit as I think the office was being renovated. Keep this service up and it will be my go-to location!
