  Easy to make an appointment online. No wait when I got there. Vicky was thorough and good at explaining everything as she treated me. Nice to have this option to see a practitioner quickly.

  Provider’s camera “didn’t work”. Scheduled the appointment because my daughter had ringworm but the provider insisted it was an allergic reaction. She has textbook ringworm and it’s clear as day. Provider claimed she “couldn’t see the issue very well” yet could say it was an allergic reaction. Urgent care confirmed the diagnosis in less than 2 minutes. When the provider learned my daughter was not vaccinated, her demeanor changed dramatically and she asked multiple times if she had any vaccinations like it wasn’t clear the first time. This was one of the worst visits.
