I went on a Sunday after 4 and they wouldn't release my glasses because no optical person was working and hours they were there, I am working.Manager was kind but I was furious. I reported to corporate and crickets, no text, no call, no email. Nothing. Why send that text fix it or you will get more reviews like this. I dislike lenscrafters aalfter getting glasses from them over 20 years. Start being loyal to who is loyal to me!
