I brought very expensive glasses from there, received a text you can pick u0 your glasses anytime. I went on a Sunday after 4 and they wouldn't release my glasses because no optical person was working and hours they were there, I am working.Manager was kind but I was furious. I reported to corporate and crickets, no text, no call, no email. Nothing. Why send that text fix it or you will get more reviews like this. I dislike lenscrafters aalfter getting glasses from them over 20 years. Start being loyal to who is loyal to me!

Monique and Ashley were great! Monique helped the process run smoothly and Ashley gave me plenty of great options to choose from, ensuring I found the perfect glasses for me. Dr. Harris was also amazing in giving me fantastic eye care. Perfect for an MS patient.

The experience was excellent from the first day my husband and I walked into the store. Catalina was very kind and showed us the process for taking the eye exam and purchasing our glasses. Catalina is bilingual, which is a real plus, and I felt more comfortable communicating with her. I can say that Catalina is a dedicated person, and beyond the sales process, she's an extraordinary advisor. She answered all our questions and helped us make the best choice for our glasses. Thank you for your patience and time. Congratulations on having people like Catalina in your company. In 4 business days our lenses were ready for pickup. Overall I recommend them!

DON'T PICK UP GLASSES AFTER 5 PM. Received the text that my glasses were ready...went to pick them up during store hours (after 5pm) and was told an optometrist had to dispense them. There was ZERO MENTION of this in the text.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
