I visited the North Point store as a last-ditch effort after another location refused to help me with a repair that was only one day out of warranty. My glasses are an essential part of my life, and because these lenses were as expensive as a whole new pair, I was incredibly stressed. Monique Thomas was a total lifesaver. She provided a one-time courtesy exchange and treated me with genuine empathy. Monique didn’t just fix my glasses; she saved my loyalty to the brand. Exceptional leadership!

Worst ever experience at North point LensCrafters . The lady on floor kept accepting other customers and prioritizing them despite we patiently waited for 30-40 min. After enquiring about why she let other customers go first she said she was not on the floor (while she was there all the time). I would suggest to visit other lensecrafters in the cumming or Avalon instead of this unless you ready to wait while they prioritize other customers on their own even though you came first.

Whoever was working at 7:20p on 12/15/25 should be scolded. I was next to be seen and she knew it and decided to take care of someone else picking up glasses. That turned into a lot more than a quick pick up and I sat there for 20 minutes. Finally left without being seen. Awful experience.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
