  Went to pick up my meds here today via the deive up window and someone named Ashuda assisted me (probably got her name wrong). I went to pick up one of two prescriptions. I had to give the pharmacy employee my DOB 5 times before she got it correctly, I had to tell the same employee at least 4 times that I could not hear her over the Mic and they did not learn to adjust and speak properly into the Mic. After all of that and me telling her exactly what med I needed, she argued with me about not picking up my other med, reminding me that my Dr knows what is good for me. WTH???? These are the types of employees Kroger is hiring these days. I called and tried to speak with a manager about this but none were available. They also tried to pawn it off as the employee was trying to get confirmation that I did not need it , but not buying it. I told the employee multiple times that I was only picking up one named prescription and to put the other back on the shelf and her comments were after that.

  I’ve been a customer at this location for the last 4 years… and yesterday was the last time. My wife has just gotten out of surgery, and is in a lot of pain. I had to personally drive to Atlanta to pick up a prescription for pain medication, I brought it to this Kroger pharmacy and was told to come back to pick it up at 5:30pm. Upon trying to pick up the medication, I was informed they couldn’t fill it because they couldn’t verify the prescriber (it was prescribed my the my wife’s surgeon). And the doctors office was closed because it took them hours to discover this. Not knowing what to do, I went across the street to Walgreens and they filled it within 15 minutes. I’m done bringing my business to this location…

  This is my favorite pharmacy. They are always quick and helpful. They accept GoodRx coupons.

  The pharmacist had an argument with my husband as a result they did not fill in my toddlers prescription based on the same last name..two days later we had to take that prescription to walgreens.. very unprofessional... refusing to fill in a prescription because of a tiff? Does the pharmacy belong to the pharmacist to bring in personal vendatta?
