Staff did not tell me they didn’t take my insurance until it was too late. I was told that prescription would be $100 when I normally pay $10.
Then they wouldn’t give my prescription back to take somewhere else. I had to go all the way back to my doctor for a new prescription. This cost me a half day of work, nearly 100 miles of driving between my doctor and the pharmacy, and a missed PT appointment due to having to drive all around to get that prescription I needed.
And they don’t seem to care at all the distress and literal money that this has cost me. I complained and got an email back thanking me for praising two employees, which meant they missed 90% of my message. I wasn’t praising them. I was saying the rest of your pharmacy was awful but two. The entire staff missed this. The bar for y’all is so low it’s in hell, and that deserves praise?
No. Do better.
That one star? Those two dudes get that one star. The rest of this pharmacy needs retraining on what insurances you accept.

Inconsiderate illiterate associates. They used to be much better! One time they entered my birthday incorrectly when dropping off and I had to wait a day because they couldn’t figure out where my medicine is. Twice they just told me a cost if the medicine and I had to ask and realize they didn’t enter insurance and gave me astronomical cost! Another time the drop line was so long and the drunk girl who doesn’t seem to know squat working it again! When I ask another associate she says there’s line you need to follow while she simply goofs around in the pharmacy area! Only if people could take some ownership on their responsibilities no matter what their levels are!

This used to be the best pharmacy in the entire area. We moved all of our prescriptions from Walmart to this location with no problems until recently. I’ve noticed that they are constantly understaffed and two out of three times they have not had enough medication to completely fill my prescription at the time. And I had to get a partial prescription which only lasts one day. It’s real easy to re-order prescriptions when you are ABOUT to run out. Instead they have been waiting until they completely run out before they order more medication to have on hand.
Before you come in to pick up your monthly prescription, I suggest you call ahead of time to make sure they can completely fill your prescription. Odds are they can’t.
