- KMKris MahaneyApr 5, 20241.0Staff did not tell me they didn’t take my insurance until it was too late. I was told that prescription would be $100 when I normally pay $10. Then they wouldn’t give my prescription back to take somewhere else. I had to go all the way back to my doctor for a new prescription. This cost me a half day of work, nearly 100 miles of driving between my doctor and the pharmacy, and a missed PT appointment due to having to drive all around to get that prescription I needed. And they don’t seem to care at all the distress and literal money that this has cost me. I complained and got an email back thanking me for praising two employees, which meant they missed 90% of my message. I wasn’t praising them. I was saying the rest of your pharmacy was awful but two. The entire staff missed this. The bar for y’all is so low it’s in hell, and that deserves praise? No. Do better. That one star? Those two dudes get that one star. The rest of this pharmacy needs retraining on what insurances you accept.
