I have been going to this Kroger pharmacy for three years now and I have had the best pharmacist the past two years when he joined my store. They take the time to talk to you and give you all the answers to questions if you have any and they’re so friendly. I bring them treats all the time for appreciation for doing so much for me cause I’m in there all the time. Ben and Joe make a great tagteam. They’re just wonderful all the way around. I look forward to going in and just talking to them they’re wonderful.

Avani - I had an unfortunate experience with Avani during my recent visit. My first interaction with her was when I asked what time the pharmacy reopens after lunch. She walked right past me without answering, and when I finally got her attention again, she brushed me off. Later, when I returned to pick up my prescription, Avani struggled to enter my date of birth and name into the system, asking me to repeat it three times. I’ve been picking up medication at this pharmacy for over 13 years, which I mentioned, but that didn’t seem to help. She still had trouble locating me in the system and, out of nowhere, told me, “The computer’s just slow, don’t get angry.” I hadn’t shown any signs of anger, so her comment was both unnecessary and puzzling. When I asked why she thought I was angry, she had no real answer. What I found frustrating was that I was the one remaining calm while she seemed to be the one losing patience. The whole encounter was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I would suggest that Avani consider further training, if she had any at all, as her approach came across as short-tempered and dismissive. Hopefully, this feedback helps because this was not the level of service I expect after being a customer for over a decade.

I take care of an elderly woman who had a stroke and she came in for needles for her insulin and they were very rude and incompetent. I understand if it was one girls first day since she didn't know what to look for but then they all had a horrible attitude and had us waiting because the needles they had weren't in the system (which my patient tried to tell them but the woman was rude and had to have the gm tell them). I understand that isn't entirely their fault but they were unprofessional and had such a horrible attitude.
