- SHSusan HarperAug 16, 20255.0I have been going to this Kroger pharmacy for three years now and I have had the best pharmacist the past two years when he joined my store. They take the time to talk to you and give you all the answers to questions if you have any and they’re so friendly. I bring them treats all the time for appreciation for doing so much for me cause I’m in there all the time. Ben and Joe make a great tagteam. They’re just wonderful all the way around. I look forward to going in and just talking to them they’re wonderful.

Then after 5 minutes the line starts to ring and ring and no one picks it up. Then it gets picked up and put back on hold. No way to actually speak to a pharmacist about my issue. I'll transfer the prescription to another pharmacy that will actually provide better customer service.

Someone else called back a few minutes later to tell me the same thing. After talking with the doctors and having them call the pharmacy, they were told that the prescription was already for pick up and that they had called me and told me that. LIERS!!! hOW CAN YOU EMPLOY PEOPLE THAT ARE NOT ONLY INCOMPETENT BUT DISHONEST?????
