- RWRob WalterJul 18, 20234.0I sympathize with pharmacists at grocery stores. It must be a tough job. That's why I'm giving this pharmacy four stars and some grace. We've mostly had a great experience for the past 7 years. Of course there are some cases where the pharmacist was a bit short, or impatient, or didn't quite explain why a prescription was being rejected by insurance. I think that happens a lot given today's complex health insurance situation. I think most of the time, the problem was probably on the other end with doctors not checking to see what's covered by insurance, or putting in the wrong amount, or some other trivial thing that they didn't give a second thought to. Also - two weeks ago I came in for a prescription as they were packing up for lunch. Instead of telling me to come back in an hour, they gave me my prescription. That was pretty great.
