Holly, Aaliyah pharmacy techs and Vanessa the pharmacist are the worst cs and providers I’ve run across in all my years dealing with Kroger. I moved to this pharmacy recently bc the Mar’s Hill store is 10 miles away although they have an A++ service level. I’ll be moving all my meds back there until I find another brand pharmacy to handle my meds. The service from Kroger as a whole has dropped tremendously since the new President. His level of service is much different than that of his customers. They don’t care!
