  Dr. Mahootchi is very professional and seems to be up to date with medical needs. He also has a very pleasant personality which means a lot. He was highly recommended by his patients in our community and I will do the same.

  Dr. MAHOOCHI has been our Eye doctor for the past 21 years and even though we have moved to The Villages one hour+ away, we will always continue to see him as our Opthomologist. He has continually made us feel comfortable, and is keeping a close eye on us, since we are both Glaucoma suspects. My mother had and sister, in N.J., now has Glaucoma and is now blind. Thankfully Dr. Mahoochi has kept my eyes healthy so I can still 👀 see. Thank you. Dr. Mahoochi, we appreciate your concern and support.

  Excellent care, doctor listens to concerns, and stays in close contact after surgery with daily photos and updating instructions to care if necessary. Excellent and caring staff. Dr Mahootchi does all surgical procedures himself. Highly recommend Dr Mahootchi and his staff for all eye needs, especially serious ones.

  The staff is always friendly and caring. The exam's didn't take very long and my one on one went great. I had cataract surgery and implants there 2 years ago and I'm doing well. I also love that they have drops that will reverse your dilation time. I sat there for an hour and was able to drive home without any problem. Most time it takes me 5 hours or more for my dilations to go away.

  This office is nothing short of amazing! The staff is highly professional and welcoming , they treat you like family with pure joviality. Emma and Joy are at the front and you check out with Katelynn after your visit. Leann is the surgical counselor who is kind, highly organized and keeps you smiling and has been there over 20 years. Juan prepares your visit for the doctor; he is efficient, understanding , caring and hilarious. Bella was professional, patient and kind. I met with Dr. Mahootchi and I must say he is one of the best doctors I've ever met in a general sense, not just ophthalmology! He is encompassing and genuinely seeks resolution for his patients. As a doctor: he is assessing not only your eyes, he is looking at vast amount of the picture. I was newly diagnosed with posterior vitreous detachment by a different ophthalmologist, which is normally age-related gradual process but mine was 80%detached. I am severely near-sighted so I'm at a high risk for retinal detachment. With the previous doctor, I received very little information and could barely ask questions, I felt I was annoying with one small question. Dr. Mahootchi puts you at ease, educates you, answers questions and welcomes you to notify them if problems. His team provides written information and operate a very efficient office. Dr. Mahootchi even ordered me a ct scan because he was concerned that my headaches might stem from my sinuses! I'm completely blown away and he gave me relief that we are trying to solve it. I have been in the medical field for years working with doctors and his expertise, bedside manner and genuine caring nature is outstanding. For young kids out there: never bully a smart kid in school, that could be your surgeon or doctor saving your life later on❤️. Thank you so much to the Eye Clinic of Florida! I drove an hour to see you because I had a gut feeling you could help me; you did! Thank you ❤️
