  The lady who took my daughters blood was very kind and understanding. My daughter was very nervous and scared and she put my duaghter at ease and everything went smoothly.

  I am pleasantly surprised that the reps are always ultra, friendly ultra nice and they communicate as neighbors. It was always a pleasure talking to them as I get blood work and or urine almost every two weeks. Always a pleasure to deal with.

  Had an appointment. They brought me right in as soon as I signed in the lady taking my blood was quick, knowledgable, and she did a great job withdrawing it.

  Doesn’t honor health insurance contracted coverage. Requires up front payment out of pocket despite health insurance that pays 100% of all labs (and has every year and we verified it didn’t change in this new year) because they’re in-network. Refused to draw labs unless I paid them a portion first. Now I will have to chase down what I paid to get it refunded. Reported to Florida Blue.
