- SDSaxon DeckMar 25, 20261.0I was a new patient and had to take my dog to the ER the day of my appointment. I called an hour ahead and was told there was a 15 minute grace period if I was late. Ten minutes later, I called back to explain my dog needed emergency surgery and asked to reschedule. They charged me a $50 cancellation fee anyway. When I asked for some understanding given the situation, I was told “that’s our policy.” I understand the need for policies, but refusing any flexibility in a genuine emergency shows a complete lack of compassion. I canceled and went with another provider.
- IPiain patefieldMar 25, 20261.0Although my prior experience was fine, very disappointed that their “blanket policy for no-shows” meant they charged us $50 when my wife had to miss her appointment today because I am at the vet with my dog facing emergency surgery, and we only have one car, even though she did call to warn them this was happening when it became apparent she probably would not be able to keep her appointment due to this unforeseen event.

Pearle Vision in Yulee is the only eye care provider I’d recommend in this area. Their staff is friendly and helpful. They care deeply about their patients and customers. They are great at communicating and ordering contact lenses with them is fast and easy. Their pricing is fantastic too. A+++

I called to check on my 2 orders and was pretty much talked to as if the person who answered thought I was dog doo on the bottom of her shoe. I'm cancelling my order for both the glasses and sunglasses and had my $500 refunded. How this place scored someone as nice as Dr. Beckhan is mind blowing. Just don't. Save time. There are so many other places to spend your money.
