- RCRussell ChapmanDec 30, 20251.0Appointment was on Nov 13th, it is now December 30th. I still don't have the glasses i ordered and prepaid $400 for. When i call, they keep telling me they don't know where they are and they will have to call the lab. Save yourself time and money, go to Eye Envy by Publix, i only had to wait 2 weeks to get my glasses. On side note, I'd give Dr. Beckham five stars if i could. She was great.

The doctor had a very easy-going, approachable manner that immediately made me feel comfortable. The exam itself was thorough and well-explained, and I never felt rushed at any point. I appreciated how carefully the doctor compared my current vision to previous prescriptions and took the time to confirm that nothing had changed. Their attention to detail and clear communication gave me complete confidence in the results. Overall, it was one of the most positive eye care experiences I’ve had, and I left feeling reassured and well cared for. The staff also was very easy to deal with and went out of their way to assist in any way they could.
