First thing they said is you’re late and you missed your appointment. My mother needed to go to the restroom real quick and that made her even more angry at her. As soon as she came out the doctor was waiting and said get in her and sit down very rudely. The total appointment was under 15 min and my mother in law picked up a pair of glasses and wanted to see about getting them but they basically treated her like she could not afford them and her is your script and go. First of all they do not know what she can afford. Second this is not the only time we have been treated rudely. My husband stopped by a year or so ago and was treated very rudely by the receptionist. He was asking for an appointment for my mother in law and ignored and told no appointments. I should have listened to my first instinct not to take her there. We will never return.
