  The service does not even deserve a 1 star. The web portal is antiquated. For examples: when I use the app after signing in and press the My Quest icon, it takes me to a whole other website where I am forced to sign in again. This can happen at selecting other icons on the web portal or on my quest portal. In addition, when I press Orders in my quest, it doesn't show me any orders, even though I received two emails confirming that Doctors Epson Orders to quest. That's just a start. It took me 15 minutes just to find where all is located. Please fix this website because it is horrible.

  My phlebotomist Marina was kind, gentle, and on time. Location is pleasant, ample parking, clean and actually kind of...fun? Indoor water feature with lots of plants and open skylight. Like a jungle hideaway in an office park.

  I PAID 2 invoices and those WERE NOT REFLECTED ON THE SYSTEM YET. I need someone to call me asap. Your system is SO SLOW! I need them To be processed asap. Fake company.

  I had my labs done by Faith and she was phenomenal. I highly recommended her for her attention to detail and calm way of handling my labs. She made sure to label all labs properly and also talked me through each step as I don’t like getting my blood taken yet she made this a wonderful experience. The lab is clean new and a great place if you need to have any blood work completed.

  Super fast and easy. I like the way we make the appointment and the registration through a test, and as always the phlebotomist couldn't be nicer and more proffessional. Short and sweet!! :) Can't even see where she poked the next day!
