  I’ve loved coming here for over five years now. It’s always a pleasure seeing Dee and Judy. They're so kind and always greet me warmly when I walk into the gym.

  Best gym in the winter park area. Employees are nice and care about your goals. Has every machine I need. Plenty of cardio equipment and a turf to do athletic exercises. Overall great gym

  I’ve had a great experience at the Winter Park YouFit gym. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming and professional. Destiny and Judy at the front desk always greet everyone with a positive attitude and are incredibly helpful with any questions or concerns. They make the check-in process smooth and create a friendly environment that makes you want to come back. Jeremiah is an outstanding fitness coach. He’s knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in helping members reach their goals. He takes the time to explain workouts properly, correct form, and push you in a way that builds confidence and real progress. Overall, this location stands out because of the people. The staff truly makes the difference, and I highly recommend the Winter Park YouFit to anyone looking for a supportive gym environment.

  Being going to YouFits for 5+ years, been going to this one for over a year. Staff (D ,Judy, and Jeremiah) have been wonderful and fun to talk to. Very little gym pressure, lots of great equipment!

  A very quiet and private atmosphere, it's never too packed so i'm able to get to every machine I need and get my workout done.
