StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Winter Park offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

If you purchase a package of sessions, you’d reasonably expect to use all of them — but the sessions expire far too quickly. For those with busy schedules, this policy feels unfair and inflexible. If expiration dates are going to be enforced so strictly, the company should at least require clients to schedule all sessions upfront to avoid losing what they’ve paid for. It’s disappointing that a place offering such a beneficial service is undermined by questionable business policies.
- RARobert AshworthOct 5, 20251.0If their was zero stars I would give them that rating for poor accountability and customer service so I received a text this morning saying they have availability at 12pm great I thought as a first time costumer with the inductry offer discount for a. 50 min stretch great I think ill go to the gym then get stretched so I go no one at the front to acknowledge customers walking in ok I thought finally I found a manager asks If I have an appointment yes i do they cant find it ask my name over and over I show them my text from their what. I find out its a AI BOT so I take a seat one manager tells me they dont have a available time which was told to me they did? Offered me. A 25 min strech no thats not what I wanted between two managers that were their they can't figure out the problem they blame the bot really if you. Can't even get scheduling right you think im going to trust my body in this place i said no thank you and left I wouldn't recommend or give this place my business highly unprofessional for a first impression I got a call later offering me a 50 min session for free no thank you you wasted my time I was on time how come they couldn't fix it then? No thanks dont get your time wasted like I did.

He’s extremely knowledgeable about body mechanics and overall wellness, and always takes the time to explain what he’s doing and why it matters. Highly recommend Jose if you want real results and a trainer who truly knows his stuff!
