Since 1989, the Crosby Wellness Center has supported the health and fitness needs of the community by providing a high-quality facility, professional staff, and programs in a unique, supportive environment. In 2018, the Foundation is focused on completion and opening of the Center for Health & Wellbeing (CHWB) The Center, developed by WPHF in partnership with AdventHealth, is a state-of-the-art, 80,000 sq. ft. healthy living center combining services and programs for Wholeness, Fitness and Medicine in one convenient location.

- ACAngelo CaneDec 30, 20255.0I cannot say enough about this amazing gym. My wife and I have been members for a couple years now. It’s an absolute treat being a member here. It’s a beautiful place, as clean as can be, the staff is very warm and inviting, the instructor’s professional and experienced, and they offer tons of classes and times to work for all. My wife loves water aerobics and was thrilled that they are offered six days a week. I love all the equipment on the second floor and swimming laps in the lap pool. It’s such a blessing that such a gym exists in Central Florida. They are a shining example of what all gyms should strive to be.
