- MWmarcus winderJan 3, 20261.0I walked in lady at the counter was professional and didnt not look professional the rep that was helping me with picking out my frames was on the phone with her kids yelling at that as 1 of them was sick and was very loud and again unprofessional neither were educated on what vsp covers and what they could do to offer on the lenses..they do not have an optometrist on site and because if that they charged me an additional $39.99 and did not tell me that up front and in order to get my prescription I had to pay i would not recommend going to this location..I left and went back to the orlando location
