In one delightful class she gave such clear and informative instructions it just fixed a form problem I’ve had for years in my other fitness practices. The studio space is also comfortable and clean. This is a great spot with great people!

Clara and the instructor were so welcoming and answered any questions i had . I was so nervous at first being that i am plus size girly but i felt right at home and super comfortable . Felt even better after the workout even if it was just 30 minutes.
