  Jen is an amazing instructor. Came in 2022 on a guest pass with a friend and better late then never retried spin in 2026. Needless to say her class is just as great if not better than when I tried it four years ago. She has great instruction and inspiration phrases three quarter through the class when you’re questioning why you signed up. She motivated you through the end and you leave feeling better than when you walked in.

  I love this location and James is ALWAYS amazing! After not riding for two years because of my knee injury and coming back and he’s still here at the Winter Park location was the highlight of my day and to ride on Valentine’s Day made it all so special and amazing because he is the best! ❤️ By the looks of it and me writing this review... I didn’t die! Lol 😂
