  Fertility is not the easiest journey, but it truly makes a difference when your clinic has the best of the best. Everyone here is so kind and welcoming, but I especially want to give a shoutout to Kelly at the front desk. She is such a ray of sunshine and brightens our day every single visit. Thank you, Kelly, for your smile, your positivity, and your genuine kindness—you are so appreciated, more than you know.

  The staff at CRM has been incredible in my experience thus far!! Scheduling has been easy and flexible. Shout out to Suzie and Sheila who were in the room for my HSG scan! They explained everything thoroughly and helped me stay comfortable during the procedure. It was very minimal discomfort (not bad at all like some people make it out to be online) and they completed it quickly and efficiently. Dr. Jaffe and all the nursing staff is excellent and communicate results and plan very quickly!

  The entire team at the fertility center is professional, attentive, and clearly dedicated to providing a high level of care. The environment feels calm, supportive, and thoughtfully curated, which makes a meaningful difference throughout the experience. I especially want to highlight Kelly at the front desk. She carries herself with such grace, warmth, and genuine compassion. Every interaction with her feels personal—she has a beautiful way of making you feel truly seen, heard, and cared for. There’s a softness and sincerity in her approach that brings a sense of comfort and ease, even on the more emotional days. Her presence adds a level of kindness and attentiveness that doesn’t go unnoticed. I’m truly grateful for the way she shows up and the care she brings into every interaction. Thank you to the entire team and facility for your continued support and professionalism.

  My experience at the Center of Reproductive Medicine was nothing short of absolutely incredible; truly beyond anything I could have imagined. From the very first moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for. Kelly at the front desk sets the tone for the entire office.she is warm, kind, and always greets you with such positivity that it instantly eases any nerves. And Ruby at checkout is just as amazing;so friendly, efficient, and reassuring. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, which meant so much, especially after appointments. Fabiola in the lab is simply outstanding. As someone with a fear of needles, I was extremely anxious, but she made the entire experience feel effortless. Her calm energy and ability to carry on such natural, comforting conversation completely distracted me and made something I usually dread feel surprisingly easy. And Miss Evelyn… I truly don’t even have enough words to express how grateful I am for her. She is an absolute gem. Her patience, compassion, and deep understanding of patient anxiety are unmatched. She made me feel safe, heard, and supported every step of the way. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and it shows in every interaction. When I return for my second baby with CRM after my baby is born, there is no question I will be choosing Miss Evelyn again without hesitation if she is still here and I have a choice lol. Every single staff member I encountered was respectful, kind, and professional. The level of care and teamwork in this office is something special and rare. Dr. Loy was also phenomenal🩷he has such a unique ability to blend professionalism with humor. Just when you feel your nerves taking over, he cracks a joke and suddenly everything feels lighter. That kind of bedside manner is priceless. What stood out to me the most was the communication. Communication is extremely important to me, and this office exceeded my expectations in every possible way. They are thorough, responsive, and truly make you feel like you are never alone in the process. I can honestly say this has been one of the best healthcare experiences I have ever had. I am beyond grateful for this entire team. I cannot thank them enough and would recommend this office wholeheartedly, without even a second thought.

  I love this center, everyone has been amazing. Seemless and so well organized. All the nurse practioners are wonderful, the phlebotomy techs, the ultrasound techs, fabulous! But theres a person who answers the phones by the bame of Angela, who should absolutely not be answering patient calls especially in a medical office as delicate as this one. She was short with me, cut me off, annoyed when she had to repeat herself one time because i didnt quite catch what she had said. I was trying to give her s subtle clue, by saying “i appreciate your patience with me” but NOPE- she had already slammed the call on hold as she tried to reach embryology for me who had been trying to contact me and had not seen my messages to them in portal yet as per the instructions given to me via voicemail to message them. Then when she came back on the call, she explained to me exactly what i had to do that i had already told her at the beginning of call i had done accordingly as per voicemail. So its like she isnt listening to me and is a robot. Managers should consider re-training her in customer care, and perhaps a refresher in being kind. And dont call me sweety in a deragatory way. Didnt land well after how i was treated by you. Thank you. Everyone else is amazing. Wonderful expert experience regardless of her
