I have, at the time of purchase the top quality hearing device. After 3 years tho, it has has at lease 2 issues where they where sent out. I expected the top quality to be perform and be just that, top quality. I spent a lot of money on these devices. Not sure if Miracle ear makes my device but it is under your name. I think the makers can do better.
