- GCGreicy Herlemann da CostaMar 1, 20261.0They rob you. If for any reason you need to cancel your membership, prepare your patience and pocket, because you're in trouble. I made a membership in april/2025. My contract was 3 months minimum agreement. On October I canceled by phone (you cannot make it online). I even got an email of the cancelation. It took me a few months (because I got the cancelation confirmation by email) to realize I was still being charged. This happened in January, 26. I was charged 3 months without my authorization and I wasn't aware at all. I called a few more times, talked to different people, but it looks those people doesn't understand what a cancelation means. Anyway, I went personally to front desk to make sure the cancelation really and finally happen. The women assured me it was canceled (again). I explained about the improper charge for all those months and she told me she couldn't do anything, but she'd talk to management and they would call me. I'm still waiting for the "call". Now, I just checked another charge for March. 3 more months of undue payment. That's a completely DISRESPECT AND THEFT.

The instructors are super nice and kind and personable and you’re always greeted with a smile when you come in truly lucky to have found a place that can help me achieve my goal goals. It’s a great way to tone and move every part of your body. The community & energy of the classes are so encouraging to keep working & do your best!
