The front desk personnel whole heartedly I feel discriminated me. The way she spoke to me and overall demeanor. I am Hispanic and proud of it. Nonetheless I wasn't allowed to even complete any paperwork because they don't accept my insurance which I was aware of when I called and got the information, but was told that I can still come in for the "FREE" assessment to get the pricing for a tailored program. I made the front desk personnel know that I am in the process of applying for the insurance carrier that they do accept but even then I'd wanted to know how much I would pay out of pocket and how the program works especially for myself as I had gastric sleeve 3 years ago. Nonetheless I dismissed...no paperwork was allowed for me to complete. Maybe if I had blue eyes, blonde hair, different features and skin color things would've been different.
