  I walked into this GNC 10 minutes before 7 p.m. (closing time), and the employee stated to me, "We are closed." I told him that I knew exactly what I wanted. I literally had cash in my hand that he could plainly see. He then said to me that the register was closed and that he could only take a credit card. NO SALE. After I walked out and got into my vehicle (6:54 p.m.), I watched a police officer walk into the GNC and proceed to have a 3-4 minute conversation with the employee who just told me that they were closed. Great customer service. Btw, the lighted Open sign that GNC has above their entrance door was on before, during, and after the time that I was in the store. In fact, when I drove out of the parking lot at just after 7 p.m., that sign was still on.

  Love coming here! Even just stopping in to grab a snack or see what new things have come in. Joan has always been welcoming and helpful from the first time I started shopping here. When I had no idea where to start with pre-workouts, she had awesome recommendations and advice. Now, a year later, she still remembers me and checks in with me on how my wellness journey is going and we chat about new snacks, shakes, and stuff. There's a guy with glasses that is there too, and I feel bad I forgot his name, but he is also wonderful to chat with and always friendly. Whether new to wellness or a pro, this shop has the absolute vibes about it. Can't recommend this location enough to people.

  The two times I’ve come to this store, both on different days of the week and at different times, neither of which was remotely close to closing time, the “I’ll be back in 5 minutes” sign was up. Both times I waited over 5 minutes, and both times I had pre-paid orders to pick up. Today I tried to call the store and had a voice mail prompt. Extremely unprofessional and if there was another GNC near me, I’d never come here again. Only came here this time because I need something for tomorrow.
