  I recently signed up for a monthly membership in Winter Garden, and at first, my experience was positive. I even wondered why there were so many negative reviews online. Unfortunately, NOW I UNDERSTAND. I booked a 6:00 p.m. class with instructor Lucia W. and arrived exactly within their 5 minute late policy. I went to the front desk to check in, and the staff member agreed to do so but then informed me that the instructor had just signaled with her hand not to let me in. Despite the fact that I was within the time allowed, they refused entry and still charged my credit. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and completely against their own terms and conditions. I reached out to corporate for help, and I have received no response. This experience was disrespectful and disappointing. I will not be renewing my membership, and I STRONGLY CAUTION others to think twice before signing up. This studio does not live up to the level of service or commitment it advertises.

  Today was my first time taking a beginner's Pilates class with my sister. Our instructor was informative and understanding to two people who had no idea what they were doing. This 30-minute class was complimentary, but we immediately signed up for tomorrow's class. Wish us luck :)

  I am absolutely loving the various Pilates classes offered at Club Pilates. I have a passport and take classes wherever I happen to be and have yet to have a bad experience.

  I started my classes in the first week of October. I've done 4 classes with different instructors. The environment is healthy and motivating. The instructors are very knowledgeable and the price is very affordable. I'm feeling renewed and getting in shape more and more. Club Pilates is a motivating and joyful place to be. I recommend to all my friends. Try it, you are going to love it.

  I’m really loving the Pilates classes at Club Pilates Winter Garden. I did some research before choosing a location. It needed To be convenient first and foremost which the winter garden location is. I was also looking for a good variety of classes at times that worked for me. I also wanted to make sure the instructors were knowledgeable and did a good job of making sure my form was good. Why do Pilates if you aren’t going to do it right. I can only speak for this location but it checks all my boxes. I’m still a newbie so sticking to the basic level 1 classes but I’m already feeling a difference. I leave class feeling so good! The free 30 minute intro class is a great way to check them out.
