  Everyone was very nice and polite they took their time with you the doctor explained everything to you before she did it and the procedure and that was nice thank you so much

  I am calling this office several times and it either hangs up after you select an option or it puts you straight on hold. Its impossible to get a hold of anyone!!

  After my optometrist retirement (25 years with him), I was lost in my choice for a new doctor. I finally opted for Florida Eye Clinic , Dr Priya Patel. I can’t describe how they made my transition smooth and easy. I felt very comfortable with all the stuff who was very nice, welcoming and professional. I am very confident that Dr Patel will be my optometrist for the future.

  I have been going to Florida Eye Clinic for over 8 years at different locations and never had a problem except with the Windemere location. When I arrived to my appointment on March 11 I was told the appointment had been cancelled on the 5th. When asked, who cancelled the appointment all they could do was to look at the computer screen and said "someone" had cancelled it. They reschedule my appointment for March 13 and the appointment card they gave me indicated it was for the Ocoee location( the appointment should had been for was for the Windemere location). I caught the mistake before leaving to the appointment. I went because the eye glasses they made had a problem(never had a probelm before in eight years with my eyeglasses which I always change every year). It took them over 30 minutes to find the information on the work they previously had done. They rechecked my eyes and had to make new lenses., I was there for two and a half hours in the office when I normally it takes no more than one or one and a half hours. I have to go back again to pick the new lenses which I hope are done correctly this time.
