  New yet, and always learning, these girls are ALL amazing, and when I initially had doubts, questions...they were happy to help me and explain the plan perfectly. I am SO on board, and this journey is one of the most important goals in my life now, for my well being and future health. Thanks to these girls, I have confidence i CAN do it. Very pleased so far, and would highly recommend! Thank you for helping me, with advice and factual learning. Best place ever.

  Awesome staff! Great food and snacks. They call you to check on you! And I’ve lost 5.6 pounds my 1st week eating steak chicken fish and some choice veggies. Go check it out!

  I started the Medi Weight Loss program and purchased a package of four injections. Before starting, I disclosed that I have unrelated health issues, and I was told those should not be impacted by the program. Unfortunately, after the first injection, my existing health issues worsened significantly. While this was not intentional on anyone’s part, it became clear that I could not safely continue at this time and had to stop the injections. I attempted to contact the office multiple times and left voicemails, but due to becoming extremely ill and eventually bed-bound, I was not physically able to keep following up. My last injection was in December, and as of January 28th, I finally managed to speak with someone in the office. When I asked about a refund for the remaining three unused injections, the staff member became somewhat defensive and told me, “Unfortunately it is too late to re-list a refund.” This was surprising, as it has been just over a month, and I did attempt to reach out earlier. I also explained that it may be many months (possibly up to a year) before I’m well enough to restart the program. I was told a manager would reach out to discuss this further, but as of now, that has not happened. I understand policies exist, but given the circumstances — unused injections, documented health complications, and attempted communication — I had hoped Medi Weight Loss would work with me or at least offer a reasonable resolution. Especially since I would have liked to return as a customer once my health improves. At this point, I’m assuming the cost will be a loss, which is disappointing. I’m sharing this so others are aware to ask very clear questions about refund policies and medical flexibility before purchasing packages.
