Easy check in, very fast when I have an appointment. I got the first results, the same day. Hard to find an appointment in short notice though, but I know they take walk ins.

I leave in Sunrise, but I am going to the Weston location because they providing outstanding customer service, they care for the patients, welcome you with the smile, extremely friendly, and helpful. I can not say that much positive about other locations, I only experienced the quality service in the Weston location.
There were clear attempts at improving customer service when I went there yesterday. First, they had an employee stand in the waiting room to assist people having trouble signing into the tablet. Before this employee was there, people would feel uncomfortable that the only way to check in was using one of two tablets, with no person to ask any questions to. Second, the screen showing wait times with your abbreviated name would typically delete your name before you are called leading to a feeling that your name was skipped. Although the screen still deletes your name before being called, the customer service rep in the waiting room explained that when your name is removed, you are next in line. Third, when I was seen, my phlebotomist was more friendly than in past visits. She couldn't find my prescription in her system, but instead of sending me away and telling me to come back some other time on a different appointment (has happened at this location in the past), she said to go get the prescription and don't worry about waiting in line again or making a new appointment, just ask to see Stephanie in room 7 and she will prioritize me when I return. Luckily, my prescribing doctor happened to have an office next door and I was able to get a printed paper with the blood tests within a few minutes. I was able to bypass the waiting line (originally waited about 25 minutes after check in) and go straight to get my blood withdrawal. I did have to pay for some copay of about $60, but I didn't feel bad about it. I didn't even feel a prick when the needle was inserted. Most of my previous blood withdrawal appointments were not as pleasant.
